4. Automated individual decision including profiling

Automated decisions in individual cases, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the DS-GVO, do not take place in connection with the use of our service.

5. Details about services, cookies and co.

5.1. Own services

5.1.1. Presentation of the services

In order to provide our service, the following data is automatically collected when you visit our website and transmitted to our hosting providers, internal departments and external technical support providers:

5.1.2. Logfiles
When you visit and use our website, our web server stores certain protocol information about this process in a file (log file). Log files contain the following information in particular:

- IP address of the user
- Time and date of access
- transferred data volume
- Internet page from which the user came to the requested page (so-called "referrer")
- Internet pages accessed by the user's system via our website
- http status
- Information about browser type and version
- Operating system of the user
- Internet service provider of the user

This data is transferred to our hosting provider, internal departments, external service providers for technical support and, on request, to government agencies.

Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and f) DS-GVO serves as the legal basis for the processing and the legitimate interest to evaluate it for statistical evaluation, the improvement of our website, for system security reasons (e.g. prevention of misuse) and for error diagnosis.

The IP addresses of the users are anonymized shortly after termination of the connection to the website. The data is stored for 14 days after collection and then deleted.

5.1.3. Contact form

On our website we offer you the possibility to contact us via the mailto function. In this case, the data you provide with your request will be stored along with your e-mail address. The recipients of this data are the internal departments and, if applicable, government agencies.

Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letters b) and f) DS-GVO for the purpose of processing enquiries, possible complaints and feedback. We process these data only for the processing of your request and not for other services (e.g. newsletter).

The aforementioned data will be stored for a period of 6 days after final processing of the request.

5.1.4. Bruns Online / Creation of a customer account

You have the possibility to create a personal customer account with us. In the password-protected area of the customer account you can comfortably make your purchases and store your data for future purchases. The fields marked as required (*), which contain personal data, are only used for the execution and processing of the customer account.

Initially, only the e-mail address is required. Herewith we verify your identity. During the registration process you can also voluntarily enter your name, address or, if applicable, your account details. This data is used both for invoicing and for the automatic pre-filling function for future purchases. You can also voluntarily enter your mobile phone number here to contact us in the event of a delay or change in purchases.

Data is collected on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the DS Block Exemption Regulation and transferred to internal departments, hosting providers and, on request, to government bodies.

5.2. Integration of third party services

We incorporate third party services to enable you to use their features, functions and services. These embedded third party services are designed and provided by their respective providers. We therefore have no influence on the design, content and function of these third-party services or the processing of personal data by their providers. Please contact the providers of the integrated services directly for further information.

5.2.1.Twitter, Facebook, Instagram

Access to our company profiles on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram are stored as static links, i.e. no third party services are included on our website.

5.3. Cookies

We use cookies on our website in order to offer an extensive range of functions, to make the use more comfortable and to be able to optimise our offers. The IDENTIFIER.USER is a cookie and is required for registration in the shop and information area in order to provide the service. This collects the cookie ID when the website is accessed, transmits it to our hosting provider and is stored for the duration of the browser session.
